Yes! You can cancel your monthly subscription. If you cancel mid-month your subscription will not renew the following month.
What is hourly issue support?
Our Unlimited Issue Support is email support and is based on hourly access. So, you can ask as many questions as you would like in a 30 day period as long as time does not exceed the allotted hours. We use a third-party time tracking service and log each request until your time is consumed.
