  1. I entered the giveaway and hoping to win either one of the prizes! I love that Sherri allows to change the header background with WordPress customizer ^_^ And for the next theme I’d like to see the same proportion of featured image both on widgeted homepage layout as well as on the blog page 😉

    • Great idea Almazia! Do you like the image a larger size? So a large thumbnail on the homepage and then the same on the blog page? Thanks for you comment 😉

  2. Hey, Stephanie!

It’s SO beautiful! I’m thrilled for you! This is such a great and courageous accomplishment, and I’m proud to call you my friend!

Can’t WAIT to see how folks use it and play with it myself!

    Sandee

    • Awwwe . . . Thank you Sandee, I appreciate your kind words. I will be adding a showcase so be sure and let me know when you use it!

  3. I love the theme because of it’s simple and clean lines. One thing I would love to see, actually, continue to see, is support. Not all bloggers are comfortable doing their own set up etc. and knowing that the support is there (I have seen you ladies on Restored 316’s FB page…you all ROCK) gives me the confidence to try things on my own. That support is invaluable! Thank you!!

    • You are welcome . . .I agree! Support is so important. Helping our customers get their beautiful new theme set up is a part of what we do and love doing it! Tutorials and videos to help with understanding and customizations are also a huge goal of mine. While we can not really support customizations in our support area, we do try to offer those via video tutorials. Be sure to let us know if you have a specific topic you are interested in!

    • Hi Carrie,

I am so glad you love the options! I think it is important to be able to purchase one theme and use it multiple ways. Thanks for your comment.

  4. This theme just seems bigger, more room, easier on the eyes. I love how simple, yet elegant it is. It’s just beautiful and I’m very impressed. It’s gorgeous!

  5. Because of your relationship with Lauren, I love knowing that not only will your theme be beautiful but, even more important to me, the coding will be solid. What I’d love to have in a child theme is a magic button that would exponentially expand time so I’d actually get mine done (either that or maybe I just need a cattle prod)

    • Hi Sharon! Thanks for your comment! Yes, solid code is so important. This is the main reason it took me months to work on Sherri. I have been through the code line by line and consulted other Genesis developers to review the code as well, so my customers can trust in the structure & stability of Sherri not just the beauty. Wouldn’t we all love a few more hours in the day! I do offer theme install and set up services to help get your new theme up and looking like the demo. Take care, Stephanie

  6. Love how flexible the new theme is. Customization is key to keeping a site from looking like a cookie cutter theme.

In future themes, I’d love to see the primary & secondary nav split in mobile. They run into each other in the current theme.

    • Hi Samantha! Yes, customization for a theme is a must! I appreciate your input regarding the mobile navigation. In Sherri they are two separate hamburger menus, when both are open they become one long list of all the menu items. When you say split in mobile do you mean something like one above the logo/header and one below? I would love to try to consider your request on my next theme, thanks for clarifying 😉

  7. Love this new theme! I’m currently a fan of navigation bars that are sticky! So it’s always easy to find the pages without having to scroll all the way to the top page. I like having a full width footer, so I can add an Instagram bar at the bottom of the page.

  8. Amazing! So love the new theme! Way to go! Love the use of background images with beautiful words on top. Makes the theme so elegant.

Can’t wait to see what you have to come.

    Theresa 😎
