The Elegance Home Middle Left widget area is configured using a Genesis Featured Page widget. You will set it up as you see below:

You must have a featured image set for the page you want to highlight here. You will first need to create the page and set the featured image. Also, the image you set as the featured image must be at least as tall & wide as the image size you set here.
